ARE YOU YET TO BACK THE CROWD?

I am not a philosopher,but then, as a fast learner, I learnt very well from one.
Aristotle once stated that to lead an orchestra,you must turn your back to the crowd.

Have you turned your back to the gossipers,rumour mongers,backbiters and back stabbers, unfriendly friends, destiny and time wasters? If not,then you are still making the wrong moves.

"Crowds" do a lot of things that can make you possibly give up on yourself but you have to stand tall and keep pushing your way until you achieve your goals.

People will give up on you,make fake promises, mess with your head, betray you, do all kinds of crazy but you know what? You have to just turn your back to the crowd.

Do you! Do what's best for you.

The "crowd" will cause mischief to see that you break...keep silent,keep working, act like a fool and keep pushing towards your goal.

Let them think they have won. Let them laugh at you. Let them puff up and let their "shoulder pads" reach the high heavens: keep acting like it doesn't affect you.

The "crowd" will stress and almost humiliate you! Keep that smile on your face and turn your back to the crowd.

Command the orchestra well,even when its proving difficult to handle or manage,keep working on it,you will get there soon.

KEEP YOUR BACK TO THE CROWD,DON'T BREAK,DON'T CRY, DON'T REGRET, JUST KEEP PUSHING COS THAT SAME CROWD WILL BE WATCHING YOUR ORCHESTRA AND GUESS WHAT? YOU WILL WIN AT LAST AND THEY WILL BE FORCED TO APPLAUD!
